These two celebrations, happening at the same season, what a wonderful time to be alive.
This is our first letter this month 💃🏽. On behalf of The Health City, I welcome you to the month of April. This month will give us everything good and may our joy be TIMELESS 🌚

Answer sincerely, if you are not proud of your health, make conscious effort to do better after today.
In honor of world health day today, here are some healthy habits to incorporate into your everyday life:
- Limit Unhealthy Foods and Eat Healthy Meals
- Get regular checkups; early detection saves lives
- Drink Water and Stay Hydrated, and Limit Sugared Beverages.
- Exercise Regularly and Be Physically Active.
- Reduce Sitting down for a long time and Screen Time.
- Get Enough Good Sleep.
- Go Easy on Alcohol and Stay Sober.
- Do not engage in unprotected sexual intercourse
- Smoking is bad for your health, DO NOT SMOKE!
- Remember to always talk to someone about your mental health
This should guide you in the journey having perfect health.
