VEGETABLES; JUST WHAT YOUR GUT NEEDS
“Good Friday reminds us of the profound sacrifice Jesus made for us. May this day be a reminder for us to cherish life, appreciate love, and forgive others.”
Happy Good Friday to all our Christian brothers and sisters.

My dear friend, It’s Easter weekend and also, it’s about to be a long weekend given that there is public holiday on Monday 💃🏽
So how do you plan to spend it?
Are you going on a mini vacation?, going out with family/friends or resting at home?
The ball is in your court. Just make sure whatever you choose makes you happy and well rested.
My dear friend, Close your eyes and imagine a world devoid of vegetables: no carrots, tomatoes, peppers, okra, spinach, cabbage, onions, and the likes. For many of us, including the Yoruba girl in me, such a scenario is unimaginable. The thought of going a week without the cherished efo riro is enough to cause distress.
Yay or nay?
Nobody is allowed to say nay because it is a criminal offense against your digestive system to not eat vegetables.
What do I mean by that?
Vegetables are not only appealing to the sight, they are also fundamental in facilitating a healthy gut.
