Unspoken truth about Sexual Assault!
Do you know that gratitude improves well-being? You are probably in some unpalatable situations that are making you turn a blind eye to the things you should be most grateful for. But I am here to let you know that regularly practicing gratitude can increase life satisfaction and reduce depression. Remember that you are currently where you once prayed to be.
How are you, First Name? How was your week? And how do you plan to spend the weekend? Indoors, like you always do? Please have a change of heart and spend time outside this weekend!

Today, let us talk about sexual assault.
Read with rapt attention. Sexual assault is an offense punishable by law! It involves intentionally touching someone sexually without their consent. Sadly, it was documented by UNICEF that 1 in 8 females would have experienced sexual assault before the age of 18. Additionally, at least 1 in 6 men report experiencing sexual abuse or assault in childhood.
That data is disheartening! And we, as humans, should work together to protect the young and expose the perpetrators.
Sexual assault, unfortunately, can lead to unwanted pregnancies, injuries, and even sexually transmitted diseases.
An important question you should ask me is: “How can we end sexual assault?” You, as an individual, are supposed to learn about sexual assault and how to help its victims. And that is exactly what we are going to do today! Click the button below to get yourself equipped with the necessary information regarding this topic, because that is when we will be able to fight against it properly.
Many victims of sexual assault do not have the courage to speak up. Sending this article to them will encourage them to speak up so they can receive the necessary support. Do well to send it out to friends and family.
May next week be better than this week. Can I hear your amen?
See you next week!
