Because what is more soothing than a cool, calm and raining weather where all you want to do is stay indoors, sleep, eat and watch movies?

How are you? And how was your week? I hope you are ready to refresh and reload this weekend in preparation for next week.
Apart from the fact that rainy season is the best season of the year,unfortunately, it comes with its own disadvantage. This is the season where people with AA genotype do not maintain maximum steeze as they mostly come down with malaria and common cold.
Well today, let us give each other some tips to remain healthy this period.
1. Carry Umbrella and Raincoats
2. Use Mosquito Repellant
3. Avoid Stagnant Water
4. Take Multivitamins To Boost Your Immunity
5. Wash Your Hands Regularly
6. Keep yourself dry
7. Engage In Indoor Exercises.
8. Eat healthy food
9. Avoid street food
10. Increase fruit and vegetables intake.
No matter your genotype, this weather sure knows how to make you feel good or feel bad as the case may be and you and I must make sure to take precautions in order to remain healthy this period.
The recent increase in malaria cases in this season has prompted me to talk about it today.
