Tips for surviving raining season
I have come to realize that whatever has a beginning, has an end.
Remember I told you last week that April was hectic for me, well it looked like it wasn’t going to end, but here we are basking in the joy of the new month.
My dear friend , welcome to the best month of the year 💃🏽
Not to brag or anything but great people have their birthdays in May. For instance ME 😌!!!!
So I hope and pray that you enjoy everything good and nice in this month and I hope that you hit your targets this month. It’s about to be your best month yet.
Happy New Month My dear friend 💃🏽

Lately, there has been waves of strong breezes which accompanies rain that has destroyed buildings and lots of properties, especially in the state I am based, I hope it’s not the same where you are, if it is, I hope your environment is not affected.
As we know, there is little to nothing we can do about the rain and sometimes these things happen but let us leave the one we can’t control and focus on the one we can control.
This season is also one in which a whole lot of infections and diseases tends to thrive and it’s your responsibility to keep your health safe in the best way possible. Below are list of several ways to stay healthy in raining season
1. Boost Immunity: Eat immune-boosting foods rich in vitamin C (like citrus fruits), zinc, and antioxidants to help your body fight infections.
2. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of clean, filtered or boiled water to prevent dehydration and flush out toxins.
3. Avoid Street Food: During the rainy season, street food can be easily contaminated. Stick to freshly cooked, homemade meals.
4. Keep Your Surroundings Clean: Prevent mosquito breeding by not letting water stagnate around your home.
5. Use Mosquito Protection: Wear full-sleeved clothing, use mosquito nets or repellents to protect against diseases like dengue and malaria.
6. Wash Hands Frequently: Use soap or hand sanitizer regularly to prevent the spread of germs and viruses.
7. Dry Yourself Properly: After getting wet in the rain, change clothes immediately and dry your hair and body thoroughly to avoid chills and fungal infections.
8. Wear Appropriate Clothing: Choose waterproof footwear and clothes to avoid fungal infections and stay warm.
9. Get Enough Rest: Ensure adequate sleep to support your immune system and overall health.
My dear friend, all of these and many more will keep you safe as you navigate this season.
Share with a friend and advise them to share with their other friends. Let the gospel of this letter be sang around the world because Health is indeed Wealth.
See you next week!
With love,
