THE THIN LINE BETWEEN DIETING AND STARVATION
Do you ever just sit down and wonder where happiness actually comes from?
I mean, I know money brings happiness but people that actually have money would usually say that money does not give the expected level of happiness we seek.
Well, I found the answer to that question in a quote by Dalai Lama.
He said and I quote; “Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own action” Come to think of it, a child in the village will describe happiness differently than a rich man in the city. Think about it.
Hello My dear friend, happy weekend💃🏽 How are you and how was your week? Feel free to tell me about it.

My dear friend, do you know there is a thin line between starvation and dieting? In attempt to diet or lose weight, plenty people have tilted to starving themselves.
Now, let us define starvation. Starvation is not just a state of extreme hunger. Rather, it’s a psychological response when the body doesn’t receive the essential nutrients and energy it needs to function properly.
You should understand that the body has several stages by which it breaks down stored energy and at a point, it uses up its reserves and the body deteriorates.
It is important to note that starvation is never advised and it is accompanied by severe dangers. Because of this, you need to learn the difference between starvation and trying to lose weight.
