TAKING CARE OF YOUR KIDNEYS
Hello,
On behalf of all of us at The Health City, I will like to officially welcome you into the month of May đđ˝
May every single day in this month be remarkable for you and your family.
This month, plan to live a healthy lifestyle. Drink more water, eat less junks, eat more fruits and vegetables, donât miss breakfast and donât eat dinner by 11pm.
If you donât feel like a new born baby by the end of the month ehn, come back and hold me responsible.

Two Fridays ago, we discussed about the Liver and how to take care of it(check previous mail)
Today, we will be discussing about another organ that is quite important as well.
âTHE KIDNEYâ
The kidneys are essential organs that play a vital role in maintaining our overall health.
Unlike the liver, we have two kidneys and you can survive with just one of them (provided you donât sell the healthy one đđ)
Either you have one kidney or you have two, it is essential that we engage in practices that helps our kidney remain in it healthy state.
1. Rehydrate by drinking plenty of water
Drinking water is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to keep your kidneys healthy. It helps flush out toxins and waste products from your kidneys, reducing the risk of kidney stones and other kidney-related illnesses.
2. I canât believe you thought Iâd list everything here when we have it listed on the websiteđđ. Kindly click the link below to read an article titled âHow to take care of your Kidneyâ
