HOW MUCH DO YOU KNOW ABOUT STDs?

How are you ? How was your week? I know it’s been a tough one for Nigerians given the fact that you can’t even spend the money you have. This too shall pass.

Today, we will talk about SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS/DISEASES (STD’s).
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are also commonly called sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). They are the infections you get from another person through sexual contact. There are more than 20 known types of STD’s. About half of these people are age 15-24. Luckily, most STDs can be treated and cured.
The common types of known STDs are;
* Gonorrhea
* Syphilis
* Genital Herpes
* Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)
* Hepatitis B (HBV)
* Genital Warts (HPV)
* Trichomoniasis
* Chlamydia
