First quarter of the year done and dusted. My dear friend, welcome to April and congratulations on completing the first quarter of the year 2025.🎉

This month of April is the month where we celebrate World Health Day, April 7 to be precise.

My dear friend, ask yourself, “Am I worthy to celebrate this day?” Relax, before you argue, do you randomly visit your doctor for check ups? Do you randomly check your blood pressure to be sure you are fine? Do you randomly drink water whether you are thirsty or not? Answer sincerely.
