Not only is this month fast, I think the year is tired and it wants to wrap it up as soon as it can 😂

Have ever felt emotionally drained or physically exhausted just before your period? or do you suddenly start feeling cranky and irritable just before your period?
Well, you might be experiencing Premenstrual syndrome(PMS). But there is an exaggerated level of PMS that affects 3-8% of women globally, this is called; Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
As a result of the close but distinct relationship between PMS and PMDD, women tend to confuse them for each other. And this in turn do not allow them seek help when necessary.
