PLANNING TO EAT TO STUPOR THIS DECEMBER?

Have a rethink !!

Robert Brault said and I quote;

“Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.”

My dear friend, I’d like you to read that again, slowly, and you’d realize how much sense it makes and you will have no choice than to inculcate it in your day to day life.

How are you and how was your week? I know you are probably trying to meet up deadlines before the year runs out, but take it easy, slow and steady wins the race😂

No doubt, it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎄💃🏽 And I hope you are excited 💃🏽

For some people, Christmas is a time to reunite with family and friends that they didn’t get a chance to see in the course of the year.

To others it is a time for religious gathering, singing of hymns to celebrate the season and make merry.

In all of these, I am sure that you are ready to eat to your satisfaction this holiday period. Well that is obviously not a bad idea. But I want you to keep in mind that too much of everything is bad!!

As much as you want to enjoy these season to the fullest, I wouldn’t want you to end up in the emergency unit because of what you ate. Do not forget to wash your hands regularly, eat an appropriate portion and drink enough water .

Most importantly, do not forget the reason for the season.

Also, don’t forget to make it a memorable one💃🏽
