If you voted, I want to say a huge welldone 😊, If you didn’t, please make sure you get involved in the change we want. Our social media votes are not enough to change our country.
Due to the situation of things in the country at the moment, I have decided to talk about “Mental Health” and sure enough, this particular topic was also one of the topic suggestions I got from the google form responses.
According to google, Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
It is important to note that mental health as a topic is very broad.
