January is almost ending, How’s your mental health?
“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop." — Confucius
To be honest, I do not think I fully agree with Confucius. I would not use “slow” in that context. I would rather say you do your thing at your own pace, because you don’t have to be slow.

Someone said this is the fastest January in the history of Januarys, Do you agree?
As you are thinking about that, I’d like you to share with me how you spent your week. Was it fruitful, refreshing or exhausting?

My dear friend, as you know, we are still in January and we are still in the business of putting everything in place to have a smooth and pleasant year. In alignment with this, I am going to share with you 7 habits that worsen your mental health.
You most likely did some of them last year, this year, you and I are going to turn a new leaf because your mental health is crucial if you want a positive result out of what you do.
Now read carefully, identify the habit you have and determine to change. These habits are; The overthinking spiral, The perfectionism trap, Procrastination, Scrolling till you are stuck, Ignoring your feelings (I’ll be fine), Surrounding yourself with negativity and Pushing through when you are burnt out.
These are just a few from the pool of unhealthy behaviors we practice.
Well, identifying them is not enough, how can you keep your mental health in check without practicing these behaviors?
