Today’s topic of discuss is a perfect one, giving that Muslims are celebrating Eid and there tends to be lots meat available for consumption and also for sharing with people around. Meat contains protein and we as humans are encouraged to eat meals that are rich in protein.
Let’s talk about High Protein Diet. As the name implies, High Protein Diet are diet whose major component is protein. Well, it is not only meat that falls into this category. We also have poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes, and nuts. Here is the catch, High Protein Diet is not meant for everybody. Who exactly is free to eat a meal with high protein content?
