My dear friend, Welcome to the weekend💃🏽 How are you and how did your week go? This is me showing you all the love and attention incase nobody has done that in a while🫂.

Have you ever felt not good enough, especially after you have just achieved a milestone? I mean, those thoughts that just creeps into your mind when you are supposed to be celebrating your wins. These thoughts debar us from seeing how great we are and how well we have done.

In a nutshell, this is referred to as “imposter syndrome” If you can relate, we are about to address imposter syndrome and how to overcome it.
