HYPERTENSION; THE SILENT KILLER
Hello,
Last week, I was here boasting about the soothing and cold weather we had over here, well I am not pleased to tell you that the kind of heat we experienced this week was premium shege 😩. If I could strip in public, I would have.
As if that was not enough, I lost my dog this evening. It isn’t a pleasant feeling but we move! Just thought to share how I am feeling with you.
Enough about me. How are you? I hope you had a better week and day than I did.
If you didn’t, just pat yourself on the back and say “better days are ahead” 🤗

Earlier this week, May 17 to be precise, we celebrated the World Hypertension Day.
If you you are about to get uninterested because you’re still in your 20s or 30s, don’t abeg. This information is very important for you too, keep reading.
Hypertension doesn’t pitch its tent only with the old and aged. Young people have died and are dying from hypertension. The worst part is, it is a silent killer.
When last did you check your blood pressure?
Your blood pressure offers an important glimpse into your health and gives you the chance to keep tabs on your heart health.
And also, being a young person definitely doesn’t exclude you from checking your blood pressure.
Stop postponing, visit that clinic or hospital close to your house, check your blood pressure and live healthy!!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
With love,
Wura from The Health City.
