HOW TO GAIN CONFIDENCE IN YOUR BODY

it’s the beginning of the weekend and the end of June.

We will be starting the new month with a weekend. Resting in the beginning of the month😂, the month of July is presenting itself as a stress free month. If I were you, I’d claim it💃🏽

Today, we will be talking about a common yet not often discussed topic; “Body Dysmorphic Disorder”

Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a mental health condition that results in a person intensely focusing on his/her appearance and body image, repeatedly checking the mirror, grooming or seeking reassurance, sometimes for many hours each day. 

No doubt, at a particular time, you might have met people living with this condition. How then do we help them gain confidence in their body?

By now, you should know I am a very nice person. So I will not hoard the solution😂
