How to deal with academic pressure
Those months that have extra 1 day in addition to the regular 30 days seem extraordinarily long to me. Hear me out, I know it’s just a day extra, but for some reason, it feels like two weeks.
Anyways, it’s the last Friday of the month and I am super grateful💃🏽 This month didn’t go as planned for me but you know what they say, “ When there is life, there is hope”
If you were to describe the month of May in a word, what would you call it? I would call mine “challenging” what about yours?
My dear friend, Happy Weekend and Happy last Friday of the month.

To end the month, let us talk about something that you or someone close to you might be battling with, Infact, it is not far fetched among young adults who are still studying either in their secondary or tertiary level.
My dear friend, how did you deal with or how are you dealing with academic pressure and failure? Stop to think about it, because you’d be the judge of your actions today, because you are about to learn the proper way to manage it.
Academic pressure is the tension, discomfort, and other emotions caused by pressure from external factors in the learning process.
While academic pressure can be an encouragement, it can also be detrimental to your performance and also general health. Nonetheless, you and I should learn how to manage it properly.
My dear friend click on the button below to compare how you managed yours if you faced a similar challenge and most importantly, learn to do it the right
If you are no longer a student, students will always be around you. Don’t hoard this mail, send to your loved ones!
Pat yourself on the back and tell yourself that next month will be better!
See you in June!
