Having problem keeping up with gym?

Say no more!

After diamond, consistency is the next hardest substance to ever exist!

Don’t you agree?

But the sweet thing is, once you crack the code of consistency or once you are able to maintain consistency for a particular period of time, your spirit, soul and body miraculously adapts and you will not even need an alarm to remind you. We are unique like that!

My dear friend, Welcome to the last Friday of the month💃🏽

I know it might be too early to say this, but the year is gradually moving and before you know it, we are planning for the new year!

How are you? How’s the year going? As planned? Or otherwise? Tell me about it. Respond to this mail telling me how your year has been. And if there are any problems, there is a probability, no matter how slight, that I can proffer a solution. After all, a problem shared is a problem half solved. You just have to trust me!

Today, I am speaking to the Usain Bolt, Serena Williams and Mohammed Salah that is inside you because we are going to talk about TOP SPORT ACTIVITIES THAT YOU CAN JOIN THIS YEAR FOR FUN!

First of all, why am I suggesting sporting activities? I have preached going to the gym to you, I have talked about engaging in home workouts but you have refused to yield and this year, not on my watch will you remain unfit and unhealthy😑 So in line with this, here are some sporting activities that you don’t necessarily have to engage in every single day but they can be of great importance in keeping you healthy.

  1. Football

  2. Running

  3. Table tennis

  4. Basketball

  5. Cycling.

By clicking the link below, you would find out how each of these sporting activities add value to your body. Trust me, engaging in them would be one of the best decisions you’d ever make as regards your fitness.

Place your hand on your chest and repeat after me, say I MUST BE FIT! Good, now go back and click that link. After reading, share with your friends!

Hold on to consistency as you enter the new month and thank me later!

See you in March!

With love, Wura from The Health City.
