This month will not only bring joy, it will also be the month where we receive the answers to our prayers.

If you are an athlete, you are in luck today. Because I want to talk to you about Marathons, especially if you have not yet embarked on your first marathon journey.
Well if you are not, do not be discouraged from reading further, I might just awaken the athlete in you. winks
Long-distance running is a demanding but rewarding activity that requires dedication and proper preparation. It involves covering distances exceeding the standard 5K or 10K races, often encompassing half marathons (13.1 miles) or marathons (26.2 miles).
My dear friend, like I said, I know I might have aroused the athlete in you but you cannot just wake up one morning and decide that you want to embark on a marathon or else we will have to start running after you to catch you before you enter the glorious home 😭
