Once again, the weekend is upon us💃🏽. How are you? 

I hope you are holding up with this hike in fuel price coupled with this hot sun. 

The combination of these two can ruin one’s day but I hope you didn’t let it get to you.

Don’t worry, Nigeria will be great again but remember it’s in our hands, Get your PVC and vote! 

Last week, I shared the link to a google form to get feedbacks from you and also ask what topic you would want me to talk about.

According to Wikipedia, Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities.
