Embracing Change, a path to growth.
My dear friend, once again, with joy in my heart I announce the emergence of the best part of the week, The Weekend šš½. Those that had nothing to do the whole week still look forward to the weekend not to talk of those that were busy all through.
Whichever category you fall in, it doesnāt matter, all that matters is we all get to enjoy the cool of the short, but promising weekend!
My dear friend, how are you? Tell me about your week. Iāll go first, mine was not stressful at all, I rested well and played football quite a number of times. Now itās your turn, I await your response.

When we were much younger, there was always a break from the constant rain in the month of August, and it was usually called āAugust breakā. However, there seems to be a drastic change in the August of today, because rain has taken its time where I am to do nothing but fall every day in this month.
Well, while I donāt have any problem with the sudden change in norm, some people do. And that brings us to todayās discuss, āCHANGEā.
In life they say āChange is Constantā, because humans are not rigid. We are meant to change and adapt to the environment we find ourselves.
Now this is a moment of truth, I know you might think this topic does not address your health, but donāt forget health is concerned with your mental, physical and social wellbeing. So this is also very important and I hope you take it as such.
Look deep into your character, and ask yourself, what bad habit have you noticed or is there anyone people have pointed out to you that has been so difficult to drop? You might have even said ā thatās who I amā.
My dear friend, thatās not who you are especially if the habit is a bad one. You can change! Because you are human.
And I want you to make conscious effort to making a change today.
The good thing is; changing from a terrible character or habit will bring you peace even more than you expect.
This charge might not be for you, it might be for your neighbor who needs to change, you know what to do, send this to them and letās make the world a better place together.
I look forward to seeing the new you!
See you next week,
With love,
Wura from The Health City.
