I recently went online to browse about the 7 wonders of the world, and to be honest, they do not fall short of this appraisal.

Among the 200 existing monuments, those 7 stood out and are recognized till today.

But surprisingly, I wasn’t convinced enough. I was bothered about these list not being complete, and then I came to a conclusion that I need to have a meeting with the board that selected the 7 best and ask them why you are not on the list 😉 because My dear friend, you are a wonder!

I know that there is a high probability that you listen to those motivational speakers that says to become rich, you should not sleep for more than 1hour in 3 days.

My dear, your body, soul and spirit will give up on you if you try such.

Sleep is a very important part of our wellbeing and as such we should do everything in our power to sleep well.
