DO YOU GET INFLUENCED BY YOUR PEERS?

“Weekends are a bit like rainbows; they look good from a distance but disappear when you get up close to them.”

— John Shirley

To be very honest, nothing is more accurate than the quote above. Anyways, I’d like to raise a toast to all of us that pretended to know what we were doing all through the week 🥂. God will help us o 😂

How are you doing?

How are you guiding your mental health and general state of mind in times like this?

I hope that this time passes and the dead gets Justice💡.

Today, we are going to briefly talk about something that you and I might have been a victim of at one point in time in our lives.

“PEER PRESSURE”

Indirectly or directly, we might have fallen victim of this. Your peers have the ability of influencing your values, behavior and beliefs.

Most of the time, the behaviours influenced by peers are dangerous to the physical and mental well-being of individuals. What are some of the risky behaviors associated with peer pressure?

Kindly click the button below to find out.

I know some of us think we have outgrown the stage of being influenced by peers, but there are younger generations out there to learn from us, do well to share this mail with them so they do not fall into the same trap of peer pressure.

Enjoy your weekend before it disappears 😉

With love,

Wura from The Health City.
