Tips to stay healthy!

How are you, and how was your week?
Not to put unnecessary pressure on you, but I believe that by now you have fully settled into the year.
Anyways, how’s settling going for you? I hope you are putting in the right amount of effort. Not to worry, things will work out just fine.

This year, Harmattan came late! There is a high probability that you are yet to start experiencing it where you are, but trust me, it will soon get to your location.
With this weather, you or somebody around you has probably started experiencing symptoms such as cough, catarrh, and maybe malaria-like symptoms. Due to this, I have prepared a list of things you could do to stay healthy during this season.
Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration and dryness.
Moisturize the skin and lips regularly to prevent cracking and irritation.
Cover the nose and mouth with a scarf or face mask to reduce dust inhalation.
Protect the eyes by wearing glasses and avoiding dusty environments.
Keep warm, especially in the mornings and evenings.
Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables to boost immunity.
Seek medical care early if you develop a persistent cough, breathing difficulty, or frequent nosebleeds.
My dear friend, remember what we said about taking care of your health this year, following the list above is a step in the right direction.
