Causes of Kidney Disease among young people
If you ask me, I’d say this month moved with the speed of light.
My dear friend, welcome to the last Friday of the month.
For me, it’s been a rollercoaster of events, the good, the bad and the ugly. But nonetheless, I am here, sending this letter to you. So tell me, how are you? How was your week? Or better still do a recap and qualify your month in one word. I’d go first; Amazing💃🏽
Welcome to the weekend My dear friend.

Incase you didn’t know, the month of March is kidney awareness month! And apparently, young people do not take good care of their kidneys.
It has been gathered from a data that kidney disease is commonly found in the young (Aged 20-50) in Nigeria.
Kidney disease is one of the complications that results from Hypertension and Diabetes and I know you would agree with me that these diseases are no longer the disease of the old like it used to be.
As a result of this, are you one of those that care less about their health? When last did you check your blood pressure? Not to talk of your blood sugar.
Health is wealth, and every organ in our body matters. I know March is already coming to an end but your kidney is still going to be with you beyond the month of March.
Take it upon yourself to employ every possible means to have and sustain a healthy kidney and health at large.
I want you to start today by clicking the button below to read and learn about the major causes behind young people dying from kidney disease.
The kidney is one of the principal organs in the body. A defect in it, can cause a major systemic breakdown. Read the article above and share with your loved ones.
The weekend is just starting, make the most of it.
See you next month. With love, Wura from The Health City.
