Well, whether you believe it or not, time really is infinite. Every second adds up to minutes, every minute to hour, hours to day, days to weeks, the list is endless. These parameters have added up over the years and a unit is coming to an end today.

In the quest to make the world a better place, let us end a rule made by the society. It is quite shameful that some public figures, who we intentionally or unintentionally listen to have set “being slim” as the “perfect body” type. Unfortunately, many young persons have fallen victim and decided to pursue the idea of being slim than keeping a healthy diet.

Today, we are going to learn the concept “Anorexia Nervosa”. Anorexia nervosa is a complex psychological and medical eating disorder. It’s a condition where a person severely restricts food intake due to an intense fear of gaining weight.

It is important to note that anorexia goes beyond just dieting, it is a mental health issue. It begins subtly at first, avoiding carbs, skipping meals, excessive exercising, but it can quickly spin into a dangerous lifestyle pattern.
