It is a really cold Friday over here🤗 I mean, we deserve this. It’s been scorching hot in the last 3 days. I was literally begging for it to rain. And now, my answers are literally falling down 😁.

Body shaming implies making inappropriate or depreciating comments about a person’s body size or stature, hence making the addressed individual uncomfortable or insecure about how they look. It can occur either physically or online.

Body shaming is caused by a number of factors, it also has various types and classifications. You might think you are not a body shamer but you have faulted unknowingly in one of the types.

It’s time to retrace your steps or help your friend to retrace his or her step.
